Product Description
The heat exchange gas/oil fired hot air furnace is closely combined with the new hot air furnace and the gas phase heat exchanger. It is suitable for drying high-purity materials such as food and medicine. The hot air has a maximum temperature of 800 ° C and the heat efficiency＞95%.
Technical characteristics
(1) Hot air furnace is composed of burner, furnace and gas phase heat exchanger. The high temperature hot air produced by the fuel combustion and the high clean air heat exchange, thus the high clean hot air is obtained;
(2) The space is small, the volume is less than the 1/2 of the traditional hot air furnace;
(3) The weight is light, and the weight is only 1/3-1/4 of the traditional hot air furnace. The total amount of steel is small and the cost is low;
(4) The temperature is high and the upper limit of the heated clean air is raised, up to 800 degrees centigrade;
(5) The heat efficiency is higher than 95% (energy saving is reflected not only in the exhaust temperature, but also in the volume of the flue gas);
(6) A special anti expansion treatment design is adopted inside
